My name is Debbie Carol. I was born in Guam, raised in Connecticut, and settled in Grand Junction, Colorado about 20 years ago. I have three children, Addie and Aiden who are twins and almost 18 years old, and Jaime is 14 years old. My husband is from Argentina, however became a United States citizen in 2013.
I love to spend time with my family, travel, and be a part of different community groups. I also enjoy subbing at local high schools to be able to see my kids and build relationships with students and teachers.
I became a mortgage loan officer two years ago after my good friend introduced me to the business. I truly enjoy the process of loan originating and coming up with solutions to people's goals and dreams. I also love to help people get the best value for their money and feel good about their purchases.

Since 1997 I have been a mortgage loan officer and worked at various banks and lending companies over the years. I have a lot of experience and have been a part of many different mortgage markets. I am still here to help my clients through whatever market we're experiencing!
I have been the go-to ‘in house’ lender for REALTOR groups. I love being available to help agents and clients with questions, support, insights, and to find the best loan to meet ‘specific’ lending needs.
Outside of mortgage, I have been married to my wife, Kirstin, for 29 years. We have two boys, Nathan and Cameron, that have both recently graduated college. As a family, we really like to travel, play board games, and visit with each other. I enjoy most activities that get me outdoors such as biking, hiking, fishing, playing catch, basketball and most recently pickleball.
